During the partner engagement phase, we collaboratively work with all relevant teams to ensure a successful roll-out and market launch. Consultation and Training are provided and the RainStor teams work closely to ensure technical and professional services implementation knowledge is transferred as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Technical Support
We deliver customer and partner support through the RainStor help desk, where questions and tickets are logged, tracked, and resolved swiftly. Our support team are located worldwide to meet ongoing support needs regardless of the time of the day.
